So, now's the time for previously mentioned upper exhausts and air inlets. I've begun with snapping the geometry to the main element and then, loop by loop I've matched both parts to each other.

After taking a closer look it can be seen that the mesh isn't still 100% correct, mostly in the area where wing joins the back ending of upper engines. I'm planning to solve this in final stage where I'll be cutting the whole aircraft's body into single plates. The engine itsel is still very unspecified so it's geometry will be probably very much modified.

Aircraft after finishing the second stage – even though the back stabilizers are still untouched (they seem to be quite easy elements to model), I'll be moving now into more specific details.
